 ng. Each seasonal workshop is shaped by what the land offers in that momen
 t. Whether you starting your foraging journey or wanting to go deeper\, yo
 u will have the opportunity to build on your skills\, as well as opportuni
 ties to enter and engage in the identification and harvest of wild edibles
  for the first time. \nSpring Foraging: Food as Medicine\nHave you ever wa
 nted to learn how to identify and forage for wild edible and medicinal pla
 nts\, but don’t know where to start? \nSpring is a great time to enter int
 o the practice of foraging. Many plants often dismissed as “weeds” are act
 ually nourishing foods and powerful medicinal herbs. In spring\, the tradi
 tion of food as medicine comes alive\, revealing a landscape rich with nou
 rishing and healing plants. \nIn this hands-on workshop\, you’ll learn pla
 nt identification\, ethical harvesting\, and the medicinal uses of common 
 spring herbs. Together we’ll gather wild plants\, prepare simple dishes—su
 ch as wild green pesto\, salads\, and herbal vinegars—and share a meal. \n
 By the end of the day\, you’ll feel confident identifying\, harvesting\, a
 nd using key spring plants for food and herbal remedies\, while deepening

  of experience. She is dedicated to making herbal knowledge accessible and
 \, in addition to her clinical practice\, leads hands-on workshops in fora
 ging\, wildcrafting\, and medicine making. \nJoe Murray has been mentoring
  nature connection since 1997. Over the years\, he has mentored thousands 
 of children and supported experiential\, land-based education initiatives
